Available in July to September. Include 2 Frenched Racks, 2 packages of 1.5-inch tenderloin
chop (4 chops a package), 2 leg roast, 2 Shoulder roasts, 2 lamb shanks, 3 lbs ground lamb and lamb riblets, about 25 lbs
total.
Milk Lamb ($180.00)
Available
in April to May Raised exclusive on the mother's milk with a few nibbles of spring grass. Suckling whole lamb roast
in oven or on a spit.
